Refund Policy

If you have not started your course training but have made your payment, you may request a refund if your circumstances have changes. To initiate a refund, you must ensure that you have NOT opened the course and watched no more than 0% of the course material. If this applies to you, please email us and we will arrange a refund to be made to your payment method.

If you have watched more than 0% of the course, then you are not eligible for a refund as this is a digital service.
